Visible Difference moved into a larger location on N. Riley Avenue in Rapid City to support its ongoing operations and team.

With increased demand and a larger staff, Visible Difference moved its warehouse to its current location at 1950 Samco Road in Rapid City to better support daily operations.

Greg Ebach joined the team full-time as Operations Manager, stepping into every role—from after-hours cleaning to operations and client development—to gain a full understanding of the business.

Visible Difference opened a second location in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, bringing the same trusted commercial cleaning services to a new market.

As the company continued to grow, Greg stepped into the role of General Manager while Liam joined as Operations Manager, strengthening day-to-day operations across Sioux Falls and Rapid City.
